Our production line consists of over 20 steps and jobs are assigned based on different skills. After raw materials arrived our factory, we will first check out the quantity to make sure we receive the right amount. The key components like sensors, lens, PCB will be double inspected before production. Solder paste on PCB are automated, and some process is by manual labor. Take lens for example, it can't be directly installed on the camera body. When they arrived, the cleaning process is the first vital step. Second, lens will be take to a laboratory room and our workers will use professional tool for the localization for better effect of images as most of our camera products is fixed focus.

After go through many procedure like pre-inspect, assembly, waterproof testing, aging testing etc, camera will move to the final packing and final inspection, and ready to ship.
